Everything we get asked most. If your question isn't here, drop us a line and we'll answer within a day.
All our courses are self-paced. Most students complete Level 1 (60 hours) in 3–4 weeks, Level 2 (120 hours) in 2–3 months, and higher levels take 3–6 months each, depending on how many hours you put in per week. You have up to 12 months of access to each course, so there's no rush.
No. Our Level 1 and Level 2 courses require no prior experience or university degree — they're designed for complete beginners. For Level 4 and Level 5, some prior teaching experience is recommended but not strictly required. A good level of written English is essential for all courses.
Our Level 2 (120-hour) certificate is what most language schools list as their minimum requirement for English teachers. Higher levels open up more specialised and better-paid roles. We can't guarantee jobs — no honest TEFL provider can — but we do provide CV support, interview prep, and job board access to all graduates.

Our course framework is reviewed by APCELT (Accreditation Panel Council for English Language Teaching), an independent private accreditor focused on the Asia-Pacific region. Our curriculum is also designed against internationally recognised ELT frameworks, including CEFR alignment for our higher-level courses.
Yes. On successful completion of each course, you receive a certificate of completion that includes the course level, hours, and your grade. Certificates are issued both digitally (for email/LinkedIn) and as a physical print copy posted to your address.
Absolutely. Our courses are 100% online and we have students enrolled from more than 40 countries. You'll need a reliable internet connection and a device (laptop recommended). All materials, assignments, and tutor feedback are delivered through our online platform.
Every assignment is marked by a qualified ELT tutor — a human teacher, not an automated system or an AI. You receive personal written feedback on every submission, plus the opportunity to discuss your work with your tutor if you want a deeper conversation.
Yes, and we encourage it. Our courses are built as a pathway. Each level credits toward the next, so if you complete Level 2 and later decide to do Level 3, you won't be repeating material. Many of our students gradually work their way up to the Level 5 Diploma over a couple of years while teaching.
Your tutor is available via the platform's messaging system throughout the course. We also run monthly group tutorials (live, optional) where students can ask questions, discuss assignments, and connect with each other. No one finishes a Pacific course alone.
Yes. We offer a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of enrolment, during which you can request a full refund for any reason — provided you haven't completed more than 10% of the course. Full refund terms are included in your enrolment agreement.
